The winning ticket was purchased at Keith & Sean Service Station, located at 270 W Sunrise Highway. TAKE 5 drawings are held twice daily, at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., with winning numbers drawn from a field of 1 through 39.

The winner has up to one year from the drawing date to claim the prize. No details have been released yet regarding the identity of the prizewinner.
