Washington, D.C. — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects involved in an armed carjacking that took place Sunday in Northeast D.C.
The incident occurred on April 27 in the 3600 block of Jay Street NE. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the suspects approached a victim and stole their vehicle at gunpoint before fleeing the area.
MPD has not yet released descriptions of the suspects or the stolen vehicle but confirmed the case is under active investigation.
