A third victim, a 40-year-old man, arrived at Episcopal Hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg and was later transferred to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.

No arrests have been made in the early morning shooting, and a motive remains unclear, police said.

About 17 hours later, officers from the 26th District were called to the 1800 block of East Albert Street at approximately 8:44 p.m. for another report of a person with a gun. Officers found a man shot on the rear first-floor rooftop of a residence.
