UTICA, N.Y. — The Utica Police Department is trying to locate the owner of a brown and white female mixed-breed dog found earlier today near Varick Street and Columbia Street.
Authorities shared a photo of the dog on social media and are asking anyone with information or who may be the owner to contact the department at 315-223-3461.
The dog is currently in the care of local authorities as efforts continue to reunite her with her owner.
