KEYPORT, N.J. — The Keyport Fireman’s Fair kicked off Tuesday night, returning to the borough’s waterfront for five days of rides, food, and community festivities.
Located at the Keyport Fireman’s Lot at 70 West Front Street, the fair runs through Saturday and features classic carnival rides, games of skill, and food stands offering summer staples. The event is organized and operated entirely by members of the Keyport Fire Department.
A long-standing tradition in this Monmouth County town, the fair draws residents and visitors to the waterfront each year. Organizers say it maintains a “down-home family atmosphere,” offering something for all ages — from the popular Beer Garden for adults to kid-friendly attractions like the Gravitron.
The event culminates Saturday night with the Super 50/50 raffle, one of the fair’s biggest attractions, offering a cash prize drawing open to all ticket holders.
Proceeds from the fair support the Keyport Fire Department and its volunteer operations. The fairgrounds open daily in the evening and close after dark.
