HARTVILLE, OH — A lucky Ohio Lottery player is celebrating a $50,000 win after purchasing a Billion scratch-off ticket at the Giant Eagle store on 907 W Maple Street in Hartville.

The winner will take home approximately $36,000 after mandatory federal and state tax withholdings totaling 28 percent.
