Summer was the sweetest dog at the shelter. She came there at 8 weeks old. For some reason she was always overlooked. She is now 13 and spent her whole life at the shelter, until the most incredible thing happens.
A woman decided to adopt her. She loves to care for sick and older dogs. Their connection was instant. Summer was finally going to get a home. The woman was sad because she would be heartbroken if something happened to Summer if she never had a real home.
She had to adopt her. Her legs are starting to go and she has terrible arthritis so her time is limited, but it will be filled with love.
