Confrontation at RNC: Trump Jr. Dismisses Reporter

WASHINGTON, D.C. – During a recent exchange at the Republican National Committee (RNC) event, Donald Trump Jr. referred to a reporter as a “clown”.

He instructed him to leave after being questioned about past and potential future family separation policies at the border.

The reporter had asked if the administration would continue policies that allegedly separated over 5,000 children from their parents, ignoring the current situation at the border and the horrendous conditions families faced under former President Obama.

Trump Jr. responded by attributing the origin of such policies to the Obama administration, a claim the reporter contested. The interaction escalated when Trump Jr. criticized the reporter’s network, MSNBC, labeling them as “clowns” and accusing the reporter of propagating “lies and nonsense.”

Police find another victim of twisted couple connected to murder of mother in Manchester

TOMS RIVER, NJ – Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced charges against four individuals in connection with the desecration of human remains and hindering apprehension, stemming from incidents in Toms River and Jackson Township around Wednesday, July 3. Elizabeth Mascarelli, 29, of Seaside Heights, faces multiple charges including Hindering Apprehension, Desecration of Human Remains, and various weapons-related offenses.

Additionally, Danielle Bolstad, 42, of Barnegat, Jared Krysiak, 34, of Brick Township, and Jarred Palumbo, 36, of Manchester, have been charged with Hindering Apprehension and Desecration of Human Remains. The charges relate to the murder of Gabriella Caroleo, 25, of Seaside Heights, and the subsequent death of Kerry Rollason, 56, of Toms River.

On Friday, July 5, law enforcement located Maxwell Johnston, 35, of Manchester Township, wanted for Caroleo’s murder, at a residence in Toms River. The standoff concluded with Johnston found deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot. During the standoff, Mascarelli was also in the residence and later charged with Harboring a Fugitive from Justice.

Investigators discovered evidence at a property in Jackson Township on Thursday, July 12, suggesting that Rollason’s murder might have occurred there. Searches led to the recovery of dismembered body parts and a defaced .22 caliber handgun. It was determined that Mascarelli, along with Bolstad and Krysiak, assisted Johnston in dismembering and disposing of Rollason’s body.

On Saturday, July 13, the Ocean County Medical Examiner identified Rollason’s remains and ruled his death a homicide due to multiple gunshot wounds and blunt force trauma. Bolstad was arrested on Sunday, July 14, and remains in custody, while Palumbo was taken into custody on the 13th and released pending court.

Mascarelli was served with the aforementioned charges at Ocean County Jail on Monday, July 15. Krysiak remains at large, with a national warrant issued for his arrest. Prosecutor Billhimer commended the collective efforts of local and state law enforcement agencies in the ongoing investigation and urged the public to provide any relevant information.

TOMS RIVER, NJ – Sources within law enforcement today have confirmed that Maxwell Johnston, the fugitive murder suspect who killed himself after a tense standoff with police officers in Toms River, was with another woman inside a Toms River home before police entered the house.

According to the reliable source, the woman was a girlfriend of Johnston, and the pair reportedly published their final intimate moments together on Instagram before his self-inflicted demise. The woman, who was later seen being taken away by ambulance, was reportedly injured after a police teargas canister struck her in the head.

The pair engaged in a sexual act before his death, the source confirmed tonight. The video and photos were posted to Instagram under the account Glizzygrimm. That account belongs to Elizabeth Mascarelli, who has a police record that includes the possession, manufacturing, and distribution of drugs.

In one photo published on her Instagram page, the two are seen have relations. A bullet hole was clearly visible in the shattered mirror in the Ravenwood Court bedroom. Maxwell was holding a gun, presumably the one he killed himself and Gabriella Caroleo with. Both topless, Mascarelli is seen licking the gun in one photo.

In another photo, Maxwell is seen making a ‘finger gun’ motion to his head, indicating that he was going to kill himself. Mascarelli was smiling in the photo.

Johnston reportedly fired multiple shots at police and U.S. Marshals Service agents before police entered the home to find him dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Officials believe Mascarelli knew Johnston was a fugitive wanted for the murder of a 25-year-old mother from Seaside Heights, Gabriella M. Caroleo. Caroleo was found shot dead near the intersection of Route 571 and Route 547 in Manchester Thursday evening shortly before 5:00 pm on June 27th. Mascarelli was also from Seaside Heights.

It is not known whether or not Mascarelli will be charged for her role in today’s standoff. She has an extensive criminal arrest record.

Toms River officials have refused to comment on this report, and the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office is expected to release a press release shortly.

Washington, DC – Health authorities are currently investigating a confirmed measles case involving an individual who visited various locations in Washington, DC, while contagious. Officials are notifying the public of potential exposure at these sites.

The identified locations and exposure times are:

  • CVS Pharmacy: 2226 Wisconsin Ave NW, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2.
  • LabCorp: 2233 Wisconsin Ave NW, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2.

Measles is a highly contagious viral disease that spreads through the air when an infected person breathes, coughs, or sneezes. Initial symptoms, appearing 7 to 14 days after exposure, include a fever over 101 degrees, runny nose, watery red eyes, and a cough. These are followed 3 to 5 days later by a rash that starts on the face and spreads to the body. Individuals are contagious from 4 days before the rash appears until 4 days after it emerges.

Those who were present at the listed locations during the specified times should take the following steps:

  • Unvaccinated Individuals: Monitor for symptoms until July 23. If symptoms appear, isolate immediately and contact your healthcare provider, informing them of the potential exposure.
  • Individuals with One Dose of Measles Vaccine: The risk of infection is very low, but consult your healthcare provider about obtaining a second dose for full immunity.
  • Immunocompromised Individuals: Consult your healthcare provider if you have questions or develop symptoms.

The measles vaccine is highly effective, offering lifetime protection with two doses. Infants younger than 12 months and unvaccinated individuals are particularly vulnerable to infection. Unvaccinated individuals are advised to contact DC Health or their healthcare provider to receive the vaccine promptly.

Healthcare providers should remain alert for measles in patients with compatible symptoms and recent exposure history. Measles is an immediately reportable disease. Suspected cases must be reported to DC Health at 844-493-2652 or through the DC Reporting and Surveillance Center online.

For detailed guidance on measles testing and infection control, healthcare providers can visit the DC Health website.

For additional information regarding these potential exposures, contact DC Health at 844-493-2652 or via email at [email protected].

Apple promises to fight order to unlock shooter’s phone

In a recent statement, the FBI asserted that the individual who attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump acted alone. However, this claim has come under scrutiny as the FBI also admits they have been unable to access data from the suspect’s encrypted cellphone.

This inability to unlock the phone raises significant questions about the thoroughness of the investigation and the certainty of the lone actor narrative.

Critics argue that without access to the phone’s data, crucial evidence that could potentially reveal broader conspiracies or confirm the lone actor theory remains out of reach.

The FBI is investigating the July 13 rally shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania, which tragically killed one and injured several, including former President Trump, as an isolated assassination attempt possibly linked to domestic terrorism. Despite initial findings suggesting the shooter acted alone, the investigation continues to explore potential co-conspirators. Authorities are examining the shooter’s phone, residence, and vehicle, where they found and neutralized suspicious devices. The weapon used was legally acquired, and the shooter had no prior FBI record, intensifying efforts to uncover motives and associated movements.

The ongoing struggle between law enforcement agencies and digital privacy rights, especially regarding encryption, complicates these high-stakes investigations.

The FBI’s history with encrypted devices shows a pattern of challenges that could impact their ability to fully understand the motives and connections in such critical cases.

The FBI, unable to access the shooter’s phone, submitted a request to Apple to unlock it. The company refused.

Apple has expressed strong opposition to a U.S. government order demanding it create a backdoor to bypass iPhone encryption, citing significant security risks for users.

The company argues that such a backdoor could be exploited repeatedly, compromising data security for millions. Apple emphasizes the broader implications of this demand, asserting that it undermines decades of security advancements designed to protect users from cyber threats. The dispute highlights the tension between national security needs and the protection of individual privacy rights.

Opposing this order is not something we take lightly. We feel we must speak up in the face of what we see as an overreach by the U.S. government,” Apple CEO Tim Cook said in a statement. “We are challenging the FBI’s demands with the deepest respect for American democracy and a love of our country. We believe it would be in the best interest of everyone to step back and consider the implications. While we believe the FBI’s intentions are good, it would be wrong for the government to force us to build a backdoor into our products. And ultimately, we fear that this demand would undermine the very freedoms and liberty our government is meant to protect.”

WASHINGTON, D.C. — He didn’t get the memo. Just hours after President Joe Biden called for unity in America, one of the most divisive Democrats in Congress has quickly resumed the anti-Trump rhetoric.

Congressman Adam Schiff expressed strong disapproval following a recent court ruling in Florida that dismissed charges against former President Donald Trump. Schiff took to Twitter to voice his concerns, emphasizing the broader implications for American democracy.

In his tweet, Schiff described the decision as “precedent-shattering,” arguing that it exemplifies the weakening of democratic safeguards. He criticized the judge’s action as partisan, accusing her of disregarding longstanding legal precedents to achieve a politically motivated outcome.

Schiff’s remarks reflect his view that such judicial decisions delay justice and ultimately may deny it, contributing to a decline in democratic integrity. His comments have ignited further debate over the balance between judicial independence and political influence in the United States.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — General Mike Flynn has made significant allegations following Judge Aileen Cannon’s recent dismissal of charges against former President Donald Trump. Flynn’s statements on social media claim a whistleblower complaint has sparked a serious investigation within the Department of Justice (DOJ).

According to Flynn, the complaint has led to the scrutiny of Special Counsel Jack Smith and other DOJ officials by the DOJ’s Office of Inspector General. He also claims that witnesses involved in the complaint were offered bribes exceeding $25 million to retract their statements.

Flynn noted that Judge Cannon might have been aware of the whistleblower complaint, though he could not confirm whether she had actually received or read it. He stated that the investigation has been active for over a year, driven by credible investigators, and supported significantly by Patrick Byrne, whose involvement was crucial for the legal and public aspects of the filing.

Flynn criticized the media for not covering these developments, emphasizing the potential national security implications and the importance of addressing corruption within the DOJ to protect America’s future.

Judge Dismisses Classified Documents Case Against Donald Trump

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — A federal judge has dismissed the criminal case against former President Donald Trump, who was accused of unlawfully retaining classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago club. The ruling was delivered by Judge Aileen Cannon, who was appointed by Trump, on Monday during the Republican national convention.

Judge Cannon found the appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith unconstitutional because he was neither nominated by the President nor confirmed by the Senate. She argued that there was no legal authority for a special counsel to charge in the Trump case, referencing that even prior Supreme Court decisions did not bind her ruling.

The decision not only dismisses the charges against Trump but also questions the validity of using special prosecutors, a practice upheld since the Watergate scandal. This significant judicial stance came as Trump was poised to accept the Republican nomination for president once again.

Legal analysts predict that prosecutors will appeal Judge Cannon’s decision to the US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. The appeal could potentially lead to the reassignment of the case to another judge if the decision is overturned.

The outcome of the appeal might prove crucial, potentially revitalizing the case against Trump, although it could delay any potential trial for years.

Concerns Over Congressman Bill Pascrell’s Social Media Rhetoric

Another New Jersey Congressman is under fire for provoking violence and fear within the Democrat party and within the local community after multiple inflammatory and inciteful posts about former President Donald J. Trump prior to a failed assassination attempt on July 13th.

New Jersey Congressman Bill Pascrell, an aging left-wing antagonist, stoking the fears of the American left has been blamed as a co-conspirator to the rhetoric against former President Donald J. Trump. Some are even calling for his resignation.

There has been talk about a J13 commission to investigate the assassination attempt on the President, and if that comes to light, Pascrell should be identified as a co-conspirator who demonized the former President that led to the incitement of anger and now violence against Trump and his supporters.

At 89 years old, Congressman Bill Pascrell, who recently secured 77% of the vote in the Democratic primary, is running for reelection amidst controversy over his social media conduct.

His X (formerly Twitter) profile contains numerous messages where he labels Republicans and Donald Trump as threats to both democracy and personal safety. This rhetoric reflects the intense partisan divides and the charged political language that has become normalized in certain political circles.

Critics argue that Pascrell’s approach on social media, featuring a stream of what some describe as manipulated media clips, lacks the discernment expected of a public servant. This issue underscores broader concerns about how elected officials use social media to communicate with constituents and the potential impact of their words on public discourse and trust.

Pascrell tried to hide his ties to J13 after the assassination attempt, offering prayers to the man who he claimed is unfit, a liar, launched a coup, and is a threat to the lives of Americans.

“There is no room for political violence in America at any time, in any place, from any person, for any reason. Never. Thank you to our brave law enforcement. Pray for Donald Trump and pray for our great United States of America,” he Tweeted.

The next day he tried to shame Republicans, using Trump’s assassination attempt to push his agenda to disarm the American people and take away their guns.

Pascrell might be the one who is dangerous to the people of New Jersey.

New Jersey Convressman Tom Malinowski has publicly criticized a senior House Democrat’s resignation to the prospect of a second Trump presidency.

In a tweet, Malinowski expressed that such resignation is neither justified nor acceptable, emphasizing that Democrats have multiple strategic paths to consider and should unite around the most effective one to win.

The comment from the unnamed senior House Democrat, reported by Axios and highlighted by Jake Tapper, stated, “We’ve all resigned ourselves to a second Trump presidency,” sparking controversy and calls for a proactive approach within the Democratic Party. Malinowski’s response highlights a call for leadership and unity in opposition to this defeatist stance.

Malinowski has been a staunch supporter of Joe Biden.

“I’m still proud to have been the first NJ member of Congress to endorse Joe Biden in 2020. He’s been a uniquely successful president. Today, he can go down in history as the man who saved America from Trump twice – first by running four years ago, then by passing the torch,” he said.

Prior to the assassination attempt on Trump, Malinowski was a key figure posting anti-Trump rhetoric on social media. He has not eased up since the attempt.

A 20-year-old man attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump during a campaign rally, sparking an intensive investigation into the motives behind the attack.

The suspect, identified as Thomas Matthew Crooks from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, initially drew attention from law enforcement when spectators at the rally noted his suspicious behavior. Despite a rapid response, Crooks managed to position himself on a roof and open fire, resulting in the death of one spectator and critical injuries to two others.

President Joe Biden urged the public to refrain from speculation about Crooks’ motives, emphasizing the importance of allowing the FBI to conduct a thorough investigation. The FBI is treating the incident as a potential act of domestic terrorism but has yet to uncover a clear ideological motive.

Investigators discovered bomb-making materials in Crooks’ vehicle, although his social media profiles did not reveal any threatening comments or ideological stances. The Secret Service successfully intervened during the attack, though Trump sustained a minor injury.

The incident, which occurred just before Trump’s scheduled appearance at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, also resulted in the heroic death of Corey Comperatore, a former fire chief who died protecting his family during the attack.
