President Donald  J. Trump today sent a cryptic message on social media, “I just want to stop the world from killing itself.”  Facebook slapped the post with a fact check.

The rest is satire, of course.

It’s unsure what the President was talking about but we have sources inside Facebook that say fact-checkers have sprung into action to silence the President’s message. For now, it was slapped with the default, “Joe Biden is the projected winner of the 2020 US Presidential election” message.

Fact-checkers over at Facebook are now researching whether or not the earth, itself an inanimate object can actually kill itself, or if it can, can Donald J. Trump stop it?  The world, Facebook says also acknowledges Joe Biden as the project winner of the 2020 election, according to Facebook insiders.

YouTube has announced today that it will remove Trump’s account for violating the rules by posting about self-harm and suicide in violation of the terms of service.

Liberals are up in arms because they don’t feel the President should be interfering in the affairs of the world.

“If the world wants to kill itself, who does he think he is, God?” asked a visibly shaken and stirred Nancy Pelosi.  “If the world wants to kill itself, who is this monster of a man who thinks he should stop it?”

Planned Parenthood issued a statement about the tweet, “We have no issues with the President’s statement as the world has already been born, had the earth been in the late formation stages of the solar system, of course, we would have a serious problem on our hands.”

Snopes has already fact-checked the President’s message, saying, “At no time did the earth ever indicate it wanted to kill itself.  This statement by the President is false and defamatory towards the world, my wife, I mean our fact checkers said.”

“It’s obviously more interference by a foreign government,” CNN said in a statement.

Joe Biden has blamed Trump for the world being in such a depressed state that it is contemplating suicide.

“C’mon man, I’ve been saying it all along about this jokester,” Biden said. “This flapdoodle is nothing more than a foozler.”

NEW YORK CITY, NY – New York City is back on lockdown.  Today, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the shut down of indoor dining in the Big Apple.  If that’s bad news for struggling restaurants on the brink of permanent closure, there’s good news.  Cuomo extended the ban on commercial evictions.  That means New York City landlords can’t evict local restaurants, instead, they will have to wait for them to leave once they go out of business.

“These are common-sense rules,” Cuomo said.  “You have to take action where the virus is active.”

Cuomo said indoor dining in New York City is a ‘bad situation’ and he followed through on his promise earlier this week to close indoor dining as of Monday.  Cuomo said outdoor dining and takeout will still be allowed.

“The federal government must provide relief to these bar and restaurant owners,” Cuomo said. “I understand we’re wiping out businesses, so we’re going extend the commercial eviction moratorium, so if a business can’t pay the rent, they can’t be evicted.”

LANSING, MI – This week, Michigan State Representative Cynthia Johnson threatened Trump supporters, even urged leftist “soldiers” to attack “Trumpsters” and inflict financial harm to Trump supporters was effectively censured by the Michigan House of Representatives.

Michigan House Speaker Lee Chatfield condemned Johnson’s comments and she was stripped of all of her committee seats.

“Threats to Democrats or Republicans are unacceptable and un-American. They’re even more unbecoming of an elected official. Rep. CA Johnson has been stripped of her committees and we’re looking into further disciplinary action as the proper authorities conduct their own investigations,” Chatfield said in a statement. “We have been consistent in our position on this- violence and intimidation is never appropriate in politics. We have said that about threats against Gov. Whitmer, Secretary Benson, Rep. Johnson herself and others. That applies to threats made toward public officials and must also apply when the threats come from public officials. Behavior like this will not be tolerated this term or next.”

“It is reprehensible that an elected official would call on her ‘soldiers’ to make the supporters of an opposing party ‘pay’, and clearly such a statement could incite people to violence,” Michigan Republican Party Chairwoman Laura Cox said.  “It was distressing to know that Rep. Johnson received threats after last week’s hearing; however, by issuing threats of violence of her own against the supporters of President Trump, she has sunk to the same level as the unhinged individuals who threatened her. I call on Gov. Whitmer and Michigan Democrats to condemn Representative Johnson’s statement immediately.”

WILMINGTON, DE – The media’s job is to report news.  They’re supposed to report that new without bias to hurt or to protect anyone of any crimes they have committed.  When presented with overwhelming evidence of political corruption by the Biden family and the contents of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop, the media failed in it’s basic fundamental responsibility.  They did it intentionally to protect a political candidate running for President of the United States.  This week, conservative media host Dan Bongino called the media’s Biden coverup the biggest scandal in modern times.  Take a look.

WILMINGTON, DE – If you’re a small business owner operating a bar or restaurant in Delaware and think you can cut corners when it comes to the latest executive order issued by Governor John Carney, think again.  C’ gon give it to ya. Carney warned Delaware restaurant owners they will be fined and their business will be shut down and bogged down by government red tape in order to reopen if they get caught.

Carney’s actions follow that of neighboring New Jersey, where Governor Phil Murphy deployed his state agents to inspect thousands of bars over the past few weeks to issue fines and violations.

“Governor Carney and the Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) also on Thursday announced a zero-tolerance enforcement policy for businesses during the Stay-at-Home advisory,” the state said in a statement.  “A first violation of COVID-19 restrictions will result in an immediate civil fine. A second violation will result in closure, until the establishment submits a reopening plan approved by DPH.””\

Restaurants will remain at 30 percent capacity, but must have signage prominently displayed on the table stating that parties must be from the same household. Restaurants also must share messaging on masking compliance. Governor Carney’s fourth revision caps mall food courts at 20 percent of stated fire capacity, or 100 people, whichever is smaller.

This week Carney amended his executive order to include a 10 p.m. curfew for bars and restaurants and the following new capacity restrictions:

  • Businesses above 100,000 square feet are limited to 20 percent of stated fire capacity.
  • All other businesses, including most retail stores and all restaurants, are limited to 30 percent of stated fire capacity.
  • Retail below 5,000 square feet, all Houses of Worship, and funeral services are limited to 40 percent of stated fire capacity.
  • A 10 p.m. curfew will be imposed at Delaware restaurants and bars. **Restaurants can deliver past 10 p.m.
  • Exercise classes at gyms are limited to 10 people and individuals who are not part of the same household must remain at least 13 feet apart during classes.
  • Indoor gatherings at businesses or indoor spaces open to the public must be limited to the lesser of 30 percent of the venue’s stated fire capacity, or 10 people.

If your business is harassed by the state, drop us a line, [email protected], we’d love to hear from you.

WILMINGTON, DE – When the clock strikes 10 p.m. in Delaware, residents must return to their homes starting on Monday, December 14th.  That is when the deadly COVID-19 virus is expected to do the most damage in the state, according to absolutely no medical research or study.  But still, Governor John Carney said staying in your home after 10 p.m. will help Delaware stop the second wave of COVID-19 currently plaguing the state, despite all best efforts put forth by the Governor and residents since the pandemic began in March.

At 10 p.m. on Monday, restaurants, and bars must close for the evening according to Carney’s latest executive order. According to the order, Delawareans are strongly advised to stay at home and not to gather with anyone outside their household from December 14-January 11 to reduce the dangerous surge of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations. Also, Delawareans and visitors must wear masks anytime they are indoors with anyone outside of their household.

“These additional restrictions are intended to protect Delaware’s hospital capacity and protect lives this winter,” said Governor Carney. “Health care workers are on the job around the clock, caring for the sick. We all need to follow their lead and do our part to protect others. Don’t gather with anyone outside of your household. Any interaction is riskier when community spread is at current levels. Wear a mask whenever you’re around someone outside your household – even if they’re family or friends. Wash or sanitize your hands frequently. COVID-19 can cause serious illness and worse, especially for our most vulnerable friends, family members, and neighbors. Please take this seriously.”

Governor Carney and the Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) also on Thursday announced a zero-tolerance enforcement policy for businesses during the Stay-at-Home advisory. The first violation of COVID-19 restrictions will result in an immediate civil fine. A second violation will result in closure until the establishment submits a reopening plan approved by DPH.

Restaurants will remain at 30 percent capacity but must have signage prominently displayed on the table stating that parties must be from the same household. Restaurants also must share messaging on masking compliance. Governor Carney’s fourth revision caps mall food courts at 20 percent of stated fire capacity, or 100 people, whichever is smaller.

SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ – New Jersey GOP Party Chairman Doug Steinhardt has announced his campaign for the office of Governor of New Jersey.  Steinhardt will challenge current front runner Jack Ciattarelli in the June 2021 primary election.  Ciattarelli has come under fire for abandoning President Donald J. Trump during his re-election bid but Steinhardt says he won’t run.

“We’ve all been paying the price since Phil Murphy rolled out his fancy video four years ago,” Steinhardt said.

“Instead of Murphy making spending cuts to get the state back on track, we’re the ones making tough choices,” Steinhardt said. “Like how do we pay our mortgage or put our kids through college? How do we pay for the medicines that we need?”

Steinhardt has been a vocal critic of Governor Phil Murphy during his first term as Governor. In his video to announce his candidacy, Steinhardt took a shot at Ciattarelli, saying that the former Assemblyman ran away from the President when things got tough.   In 2016, Ciattarelli called President Trump a “charlatan” and declaring that Trump was unfit to become President of the United States.

“Any time one puts their name on the ballot for any office, it’s a big decision. But when I looked at this campaign for governor, I was concerned that conservatives didn’t have a pro-life candidate on the ballot,” Steinhardt said. “I was concerned that gun owners didn’t have a Second Amendment champion on the ballot. And I was concerned that we didn’t have someone on the ballot who has supported President Trump from the start, during good times and bad. That’s when the decision to run became a whole lot easier.”

The field for Governor now has several candidates.  Steinhardt’s opponents are lining up to be Ciatarelli, 2020 U.S. Senate Candidate Hirsh Singh and 2017 gubernatorial candidate Joseph Rullo.

CITRUS COUNTY, FL –  A Florida man convicted for the 2017 murder of Ryan Michael McClellan is finally going away.  Emery Whitt was sentenced on Thursday to 30 years in prison.

On December 10th, 2020, Judge Howard sentenced 28-year-old Emery Whitt to 30 years in prison for the 2017 murder of Ryan McClellan. Detective Richey and Sergeant Holloway, with the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division (CID), conducted a lengthy and thorough investigation, leading to Whitt’s arrest in 2018 for McClellan’s murder.

“Whitt had no respect for human life and was a danger to the citizens of Citrus County,” said Sheriff Mike Prendergast. Our deputies, detectives, and members of the State Attorney’s Office work in partnership to keep our streets safe, and this case is an example of that cooperation. It is our hope this prison sentence brings a sense of closure to McClellan’s family and loved ones”.

Here’s what happened back in 2017 according to the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office:

On September 20, 2017, 33-year-old Ryan Michael McClellan was reported as a missing person to our agency. Detectives from our Major Crimes Section immediately began a thorough investigation to determine his whereabouts with no luck in locating Mr. McClellan. He was last seen alive by family members on September 15, 2017.

On September 27, 2017, Ryan McClellan’s Jeep was located abandoned off S. Applebud Ter., Homosassa. Detectives subsequently uncovered large withdrawals from Mr. McClellan’s bank account by suspect Emery Whitt.

On September 29, 2017, Whitt was located, arrested on unrelated charges and interviewed about Mr. McClellan’s disappearance. In addition, personal items of Mr. McClellan’s, including several firearms, were found in Whitt’s possession.

Then on November 25, 2017, a deputy with our agency located human remains, inside of a trashcan, on a vacant wooded lot off S. American Avocet Point in Lecanto. The body was believed to be that of Mr. McClellan. After the Fifth District Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy, it was confirmed that the remains were in fact McClellan’s. Examiners were able to determine that Mr. McClellan was the victim of a violent homicide, in which the perpetrator concealed the body in the trashcan and subsequently discarded it in the woods.

Detectives worked tirelessly for over fifteen months following leads that took them from Florida to Virginia. They interviewed numerous family members, witnesses, persons of interest and even the suspect in this case. Detectives also took multiple trips to Virginia between August and December of this year to interview potential witnesses and the suspect. Several key witnesses came forward during this time to assist detectives with this investigation.

After connecting all the leads, gathering forensic evidence, and communicating with the State Attorney’s Office, we can finally announce that as of yesterday December 20, 2018, Judge Yerman signed a homicide warrant for Emery Whitt. Detectives subsequently arrested 26-year-old Emery Nicholas Whitt, DOB 6/30/1992 of Amelia Courthouse, VA for the heinous and senseless murder of Ryan Michael McClellan.

MANSFIELD TWP, NJ  – Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Mansfield Township Police Department Chief Ronald G. Mulhall Jr. announced that a Chesterfield woman was charged with stealing more than $60,000 from a youth football and cheerleading program while serving as the organization’s treasurer over a five-year period that ended last year.

Stacy Cassidy, 45, of Monmouth Road, was charged with Elements of Computer Theft (Second Degree), Misapplication of Entrusted Property (Third Degree), Theft by Deception (Third Degree), and Forgery by Uttering (Fourth Degree). She was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a hearing tomorrow in Superior Court in Mount Holly.

The investigation began earlier this year after members of the Northern Burlington Junior Greyhound Athletic Association contacted law enforcement officials with suspicions that Cassidy had been embezzling funds from the organization and using them for personal expenses while serving as treasurer between January 2015 and December 2019.

The investigation revealed that during that period, Cassidy made 542 unauthorized transactions totaling $60,654.28. She used the money to help pay for her mortgage, cell phone bill, groceries, gas, and home heating oil, among other items. Included in that activity were 84 unauthorized ATM cash withdrawals totaling more than $21,000 that coincided with family vacations on cruises and to Disney World.

The investigation further revealed that, in an attempt to conceal the scheme, Cassidy restricted access to account statements, fabricated reports misrepresenting the organization’s financial position, and forged documents to falsely indicate that insurance premiums had been paid and coverage was being maintained.
A search warrant was executed this morning at Cassidy’s residence. She was taken into custody with the assistance of the Chesterfield Township Police Department and the New Jersey State Police T.E.A.M.S. Unit.

Cassidy will be prosecuted by Assistant Prosecutor Joseph Remy, supervisor of the BCPO Financial Crimes Unit. The case was investigated by the Prosecutor’s Office and the Mansfield Township Police Department. The lead investigators are BCPO Detective Nicholas Schieber and Mansfield Township Police Detective Ken Allen.
