FULTON COUNTY, GA – On Saturday, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said Fulton County election officials are going to rescan ballots that were scanned on Friday.  The county is where one election worker’s actions caused a viral video sensation.  That worker appeared to have been throwing out ballots, but election officials say that was not the case.  On Saturday, Raffensperger said a recount at that facility will be conducted, but did not say why.

Georgia Declares Presidential Election Recount as Margin is Only 14,000 Votes

“Fulton has discovered an issue involving reporting from their work on Fri,” Raffensperger said.  “Officials are at State Farm Arena to rescan that work. I have a monitor & investigators on site. Also sent Dep. SOS as well to oversee the process to make sure to secure the vote and protect all legal votes.”

Let’s face it, Facebook is out of control these past 7 days.  The level of filtering, censoring, throttling, and removing of Conservatives and Republicans is unprecedented.  With Facebook and Twitter censoring even the President of the United States and Fox News throwing in the towel and joining the blue wave, who can you trust these days?

For many, the answer is new social media startup Parler, pronounced “par-lay”.

Parler was founded in 201 and has a large base of Republicans, conservatives and Trump supporters who were fed up with being banned, censored and routinely put in Facebook jail by the left-leaning tech giant.

As of this summer Parler had 2.8 million users.  Today, millions of Facebook users have decided to give the platform a shot. Heck, even Shore News Network has set up a home on Parler.   One of the top conservative news pages on Facebook is now going to be one of the top conservative news pages on Parler.

The company was founded by John Matze and Jared Thomas of Henderson, Nevada.

Parler’s founders saw an opportunity and seized upon it.  Realizing that their social media platform was attracting top tier conservative media companies and celebrities, the company went all in to embrace the conservative movement in America.

In May of 2020, when Twitter pissed off trump supporters and started flagging the President’s tweets, Parler saw a surge in signups.

While many people may not give up Facebook, we sure aren’t until they force us out, Parler appears so far to be a safe haven from big-tech censorship, but time will tell as the platform continues to grow. Parler is the mainstream media’s biggest nightmare, which is why most haven’t embraced the platform.  Differing opinions and two-sided fact check is a threat to their very existence.

New York City, NY – United States Congressman Chuck Schumer has given the world a glimpse of America under the control of liberal Democrats and President-Elect Joe Biden.

At an election rally in New York City, Chuck Schumer let it be known that his intention…and the intention of his party is not only to change America, but change the world.

Yes, U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer really said this.  Now, Facebook and Twitter are going to probably fact check this story and put a veil over it because, after all, Schumer didn’t really mean what he said.  Watch the video for yourself…he even corrects his comment when asked to repeat what he said.

“Now we take Georgia…and then we change America!” Schumer said after realizing…oops.  “Did I just let the cat out of the bag?”

The Democrats’ global socialist agenda is no secret, Chuck. We just hope this time around you spare the innocent lives of tens of thousands of American soldiers, sailors and Marines who have been enjoying relative peace and safety but presenting a huge deterrence to our enemies since the last time your party had a guy in the White House.  Take a look for yourself.  It hasn’t even been 24 hours since Biden claimed the throne for himself and Democrats are already starting to get out of control with their dangerous global agenda.

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC – Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is reminding residents and visitors that the operation of golf carts on county beaches is illegal.
Georgetown County ordinance says: “Vehicles prohibited. Driving or operating any motor vehicle of any kind or nature upon the public beach within the county shall be unlawful; provided, that county vehicles operated while cleaning or working on the beach, county sheriff and emergency vehicles, and any other vehicles approved by a majority of the Georgetown County Council, shall be exempt from the application of this section.”
Horry County allows golf carts on beaches beginning Nov. 1, making it legal in the northern (Horry) portion of Garden City Beach but illegal in the southern portion (Georgetown County). The Horry-Georgetown County line is located just south of the Garden City Pier near South Waccamaw Drive and Yucca Drive. People driving golf carts on the beach south of the county line will be ticketed.
The sheriff’s office receives complaints throughout the year in reference to illegal operations of golf carts on roadways, beaches and bike paths in Georgetown County. The following requirements are included in the laws for the operation of golf carts in the State of South Carolina and Georgetown County:

HOLMDEL, NJ – In Monmouth County, GOP Chairman Shaun Golden had a tough time battling the Democrat “blue wave” and an even tougher time in his battle against Monmouth County Republicans he doesn’t like.

Edit: Title originally said “Howell”

It was made public that Golden was no fan of incumbent Mayor Gregory Buontempo.  That’s why Republicans backed by Golden ran against Buontempo and his running mate Ronald Emma in the “July” primary election.  Buontempo ended up winning that primary, but Emma lost, leaving an awkwardly mixed ticket of Buontempo and DJ Luccarelli running together last Tuesday.

Despite many party elites, such as Golden not publicly supporting Buontempo, Buontempo was the highest vote-getter in the election.

While many establishment Republicans under Golden cast their ballots for Democrat Joseph Romano, Romano lost and Buontempo is once again the Mayor of the small town in New Jersey.

A post made by the “Real Holmdel Republicans” was endorsed by the Monmouth County Gop in a Facebook post.  That endorsement omitted Buontempo from the ballot of Republicans on the GOP line in Holmdel…intentionally.

A social media post omitted Buontempo from the list of “republican candidates”

President Donald J. Trump has announced he will challenge the voting results in Pennsylvania and other states, claiming election violations and possibly fraud have taken place.  Those claims have yet to be substantiated by an independent authority, but the Trump campaign feels it has enough evidence to prove their case in court.

Trump claimed Joe Biden is falsely posing as the winner of the election after the major media networks coordinated a Saturday morning announcement of the election victory by Biden.  Trump says elections are decided by legal votes, not the media.

“We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed. The simple fact is this election is far from over,” Trump said.  “Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor. In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process. Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media.”

On Monday, the campaign will file lawsuits to challenge alleged ballot counting infractions and irregularities.

“Beginning Monday, our campaign will start prosecuting our case in court to ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated. The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots,” Trump said.  “This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election. It remains shocking that the Biden campaign refuses to agree with this basic principle and wants ballots counted even if they are fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters. Only a party engaged in wrongdoing would unlawfully keep observers out of the count room – and then fight in court to block their access.”

Trump said America demands an honest vote count.

“So what is Biden hiding? I will not rest until the American People have the honest vote count they deserve and that Democracy demands,” Trump said.

Collingswood, NJ – Chris Emrich a Collingswood County Democrat Committeeman on Wednesday called for the assassination of President Donald J. Trump on Twitter.  Emrich’s Twitter account has since been shut down, but it is unclear if it was voluntary or forced.

Now, despite calls for his resignation for his comments,  Emrich refuses.

In a comment on Twitter about the “Lincoln Project”, Emrich said what America needs right now is a “John Wilkes Booth Project” referring to the man who assassinated President Abraham Lincoln.   By saying America needs a John Wilkes Booth project, Emrich is clearly referring to the assassination of Trump.  Emrich surely wasn’t calling for a moment of stage acting, as Booth is lesser-known as a stage actor during the mid-nineteenth century.

Emrich said he was just kidding, engaging in some Twitter-style locker room talk, and didn’t really want the President dead.

“Like a lot of people, I’ve been stressed out following the election and I made a stupid joke. I’m going to own it,” Emrich told NJ.com. “I made a dumb joke on Twitter. I’m embarrassed. It’s something I’m not proud of.”

Now, even his fellow Democrats are calling for his resignation.  Despite public outcry within his party, New Jersey Governor Murphy has not called for Emrich’s resignation.

“While we do not support President Trump or his disastrous administration, the idea that someone would apparently threaten the life of a sitting President, regardless of party, is unconscionable, dangerous, and antithetical to our democratic values,” said Democrat New Jersey State Senator James Beach.  “The disgraceful and dangerous tweet from Chris Emrich below in which he apparently calls for the assassination of Donald Trump exemplifies the dire state of American affairs and has no place in our Democratic Committee.”

“Governor Murphy is the head of the Democratic Party in New Jersey, so when one of his acolytes calls for the assassination of a sitting President, he has a moral, ethical and professional responsibility to speak out against it,” said Doug Steinhardt, chairman of the New Jersey GOP. “His failure to do so thus far is shameful, unbecoming of his office, and an obvious sign that he’s been taken captive by the most radical elements of his party. These far-left groups in the Democratic party are clearly driving his policy agenda, and now anti-Trump fanaticism has overcome basic civic decorum. I can’t believe it’s come to this, but New Jersey deserves a Governor who will condemn calls for the assassination of the sitting President of the United States.”

All of America’s major media networks, including Fox News, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, CNN and others coordinated a Saturday morning announcement that Joe Biden has defeated President Donald J. Trump in the 2020 presidential election.

At approximately 11:30 am, the coordinate message was delivered across all media networks, giving Pennsylvania to Joe Biden to award the former Vice President the electoral college votes needed to win the election.

Shortly before the announcement, the Trump campaign held a press conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani said several lawsuits will be brought against election boards in several states on Monday.   Giuliani said GOP election monitors have testified that they were deprived of their rights to monitor this year’s ballot counting.

Giuliani said the mail-in ballot system was prone to fraud and that the high degree of security and protection required,  in Philadelphia was absent.

The former mayor of New York City claimed thousands of uninspected ballots could have been fraudulent.

“It’s really simple, if you have nothing to hide with these mail in ballots, you have the inspection,” Giuliani said. “I mean this is common knowledge, common knowledge in the examination of absentee ballots.”

“No Republican got a chance to look at that ballot,” Giuliani said, claiming many ballots looked like they were filled out with the same pen and same handwriting.  He also cited 300,00 ballots in Pittsburgh the he claimed were uninspected and reviewed by a single Republican election monitor.

“I don’t believe in conspiracies,” he said. “I also don’t believe in coincidences. It’s funny that all Republicans were rejected here [in Philadelphia] and Pittsburgh that represented the lead Trump had two days ago.  We don’t know if a single one of those ballots was legitimate.”

Giulini said Philadelphia has a history of allowing dead people to vote, including actor Will Smith’s father.  Smith’s father Willard Smith, Sr. passed away in 2016.  He then berated the mayor of Philadelphia for out of control crime and riots in the city, stating that if the mayor doesn’t stop violence, why would he stop election fraud.

“We will have many, many witnesses,” Giuliani said.

“America, I’m honored that you have chosen me to lead our great country. The work ahead of us will be hard, but I promise you this: I will be a President for all Americans — whether you voted for me or not. I will keep the faith that you have placed in me,” Biden said on his Twitter page which was updated to identify him as “President-Elect” shortly after the announcement.

Trump has not conceded his defeat, nor has he issued a statement yet.

Tech giant Twitter has decided to silence the President of the United States and has been blocking most of his tweets since election night, but we won’t.  The President issued a series of tweets about his opinions of what is going on in election offices and ballot counting rooms across the country.  While the accuracy of the President’s statements might be in question, there is also no definitive proof that he is wrong.

Trump’s administration has brought their grievances before the courts around the nation and only there can a final determination be made through the legal system.

Twitter claims, “Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.”

A disclaimer has been added to every censored post made by the President.

Here’s the tweets made by President Trump in the past 24 hours that Twitter doesn’t want you to see:

“People were screaming STOP THE COUNT & WE DEMAND TRANSPARENCY (As Legal Observers were refused admittance to count rooms)!”

“Tens of thousands of votes were illegally received after 8 P.M. on Tuesday, Election Day, totally and easily changing the results in Pennsylvania and certain other razor thin states. As a separate matter, hundreds of thousands of Votes were illegally not allowed to be OBSERVED…”

“….This would ALSO change the Election result in numerous States, including Pennsylvania, which everyone thought was easily won on Election Night, only to see a massive lead disappear, without anyone being allowed to OBSERVE, for long intervals of time, what the happened…”

“….Bad things took place during those hours where LEGAL TRANSPARENCY was viciously & crudely not allowed. Tractors blocked doors & windows were covered with thick cardboard so that observers could not see into the count rooms. BAD THINGS HAPPENED INSIDE. BIG CHANGES TOOK PLACE!”

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA – A viral video that has been shared millions of times shows a Delaware County poll working filling out votes on blank ballots. Today, county election officials said that video was authentic, but taken out of context.  Here’s why.

Adrienne Marofsky, PR director of Delaware County, Pennsylvania said there is a perfectly good excuse for the poll worker to be filling out blank ballots with a sharpie.

“The cropped video portrays an election worker, seemingly alone at a table, marking a ballot. The actual video shows the election worker at a table with other coworkers in a room full of people with bipartisan observers a few feet away at each end of the table, closely observing the worker from approximately 6 feet away,” Marofsky said

Marafosky said the poll worker was actually fixing damaged election ballots.

Marofsky said during the opening process, some ballots were damaged, so those ballots had to be recreated by hand by poll workers using a marker.

The Clerk of the Delco. Bureau of Elections instructed poll workers to manually recreate those ballots.

“According to the scanner manufacturer, Hart, the best practice to deal with damaged ballots that cannot be scanned is to transcribe the votes on each ballot to a clean ballot and scan the clean ballot,” Marofsky said.

Here’s the full explanation by the Delco. Board of Elections:

Manipulated video has been circulating online purporting to show Delaware County election staff fraudulently filling in blank ballots. The video was taken from the official live stream provided by Delaware County, however, the circulated video is zoomed in to crop out the surrounding area, including the bipartisan observers who were not more than six feet away and does not give the full picture of the process.
The cropped video portrays an election worker, seemingly alone at a table, marking a ballot. The actual video shows the election worker at a table with other coworkers in a room full of people with bipartisan observers a few feet away at each end of the table, closely observing the worker from approximately 6 feet away. This arrangement was agreed upon between the Election Bureau and the former Republican Chairman of Delaware County Council, acting in his capacity as counsel for the Delaware County Republican Party
.
During the processing of ballots, a machine extractor opens the ballots. Some ballots were damaged by the extractor during this process in such a way that the ballots could not be scanned successfully. According to the scanner manufacturer, Hart, the best practice to deal with damaged ballots that cannot be scanned is to transcribe the votes on each ballot to a clean ballot and scan the clean ballot. In accordance with that guidance, the Chief Clerk of the Delaware County Bureau of Elections instructed elections staff to manually transcribe the damaged ballots. As ballots were being transcribed, the original damaged ballots were directly beside the new ballots and bipartisan observers witnessed the process at close range. Damaged ballots have been preserved.
The Delaware County Bureau of Elections has been offering a live-streaming of the counting of ballots, which began on Nov. 3. The video allows residents to watch the process in real-time and offers a transparent view of the process. Unfortunately, some residents have altered the video and are making false accusations, which baselessly and wrongly attacks the integrity of the election staff and the completely transparent process by which votes are being counted in Delaware County.
The below screen-shot of the video shows the election worker at a table with other coworkers in a room full of people with bipartisan observers closely observing the worker.

As America prepares to turn a page and possibly enter the realm of increased socialism, today marks the commemoration of the 100 million lives lost at the hands of socialism and communism around the globe.

On National Day for the Victims of Communism, we solemnly remember the more than 100 million lives claimed by communism in the 20th century.  We commit ourselves to stopping the spread of this oppressive ideology that, without fail, leaves in its wake misery, destruction, and death.  As proud Americans who cherish the blessings of freedom and democracy, we promise to support the more than one billion people currently captive within communist regimes and denied their unalienable rights to life and liberty.

“This year marks the 100th anniversary of the decisive Polish victory against Vladimir Lenin’s Bolsheviks in the Battle of Warsaw.  Known as the Miracle on the Vistula, the Polish heroes of this battle halted the spread of communism in Europe for decades,” President Donald J. Trump said.  “Sadly, the Soviet Union erected an Iron Curtain around Poland and spread communism to neighboring countries and around the world.  Since then, the United States and the free world have borne witness to the horrors of communism, including Chinese prison camps and Soviet gulags.  Over the last century, communist regimes from Cambodia’s Khmer Rouge to Ethiopia’s Derg have confirmed the soul-crushing oppression inherent in Karl Marx’s philosophy.”

Still today, we observe the irony of “People’s Republics” that belong not to the people, but to one-party and that exist only for the benefit of a select few.  Over and over, communism and socialism have proven to be irreconcilable with the unalienable and fundamental rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  While Marxism promises equality, peace, and happiness, in practice it results only in inequality, violence, and despair.

“On this National Day for the Victims of Communism, we commit to standing against this insidious ideology, and pledge with great pride that the United States will never be a socialist nation,” Trump said. “We memorialize all those who have lost their lives to communism and recommit to promoting freedom so that future generations can flourish.”

A video clip on social media claims to portray a frustrated election worker, flipping the bird at election ballots, then throwing away what appears to be a ballot went viral. Today, election officials are claiming he did not throw away a ballot and the man has had to go into hiding.  Fulton County Elections Supervisor Rick Barron said those claims were untrue.  Barron said the man threw away attached election instructions, not the actual ballot.

“However one thing that you need to know is that those ballots are 8 ½ by 19 inches long,” Barron said. “At no time did you see him extract anything from the envelope, and that crumbled piece of paper, they were instructions and it was a smaller piece of paper.”

“He’s having to leave his house and go stay with friends,” he said. “He’s afraid to drive his car, because the information about his car and his license plate is out there.”

TOMS RIVER, NJ – If you were planning a New Year’s Eve pot party, the likes of one never before seen in the state of New Jersey to celebrate the legalization of marijuana, think again.

When will marijuana be legal in New Jersey?

That’s because state officials, including Governor Phil Murphy announced the first grim reality of what legalized marijuana will look like…a bureaucratic quagmire of red tape, regulations and yes, taxes that have to first be decided upon by the state legislator before the first legal toke of a joint can be enjoyed by the masses.

So those joints you bought from your local supplier will not be legal on January 1st, or probably ever.  Instead, you will have to purchase your marijuana from a legally licensed vendor that has navigated through years of rules, regulations and certifications from the state and pay your ‘fair and equitable’ share of taxes on that purchase.

Fear not!  Governor Murphy has already assembled a team of suits that will guide the process, appointing Dianna Houenou as Chair of the Cannabis Regulatory Commission, and Jeff Brown will serve as Executive Director of the Commission.

“Jeff’s leadership overseeing the state’s Medicinal Marijuana program has contributed greatly to our efforts to expand access to those who need it,” continued Governor Murphy. “He will bring the same integrity, care, and expertise that have led to the success of our Medicinal Marijuana program to his new role as Executive Director of the Cannabis Regulatory Commission, where he will play a key role in establishing our recreational marijuana marketplace.”

That’s right, there will be a government-operated medical marijuana marketplace for New Jerseyans to buy their pot from.

The idea of owning your own pot plants or a backyard pot farm, which is the visualization many had when voting for this ballot referendum…isn’t going to happen.

This week Murphy announced it may be deep into 2021 or possibly 2022 before the framework is in place by the state to allow for the sale of recreational marijuana.  Until then possession and use of marijuana from a non-licensed state-approved vendor is a crime, Murphy reminded residents.

“And as a reminder, until we enact that enabling legislation, recreational marijuana remains illegal under our state law, as Attorney General Gurbir Grewal noted yesterday. Yet, as the Attorney General also noted, both prosecutors and law enforcement have very broad discretion to handle low-level marijuana offenses,” the Governor said.

NEW YORK, NY – New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has asked to deploy New York National Guard troops to enforce COVID-19 travel restrictions at state airports.

Under Cuomo’s latest COVID-19 travel directive, all travelers entering New York must either quarantine for 14 day or provide proof of a positive COVID-19 test result.

“You should not land if you do not have proof of a negative test upon landing. You were supposed to take a test where you were coming from … within three days and it was supposed to show a negative test,” Cuomo said.

National Guard troops, under Cuomo’s plan, will be tasked with stopping and interrogating airline passengers as they disembark planes.  Travelers will need to show the soldiers their COVID-19 papers before getting off the plane.

In New York City, Cuomo ordered socialist Mayor William DeBlasio, aka Warren Wilhelm Jr to deploy New York City Police officers to check the papers of travelers entering the city through JFK and LaGuardia Airports.

NEW YORK, NY – Democrat socialist barista Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, who goes by the monicker, “AOC” is making a list and checking it twice.  That’s right America, our nation’s socialist posterchild is asking for her supporters to keep tabs on Republicans and Trump supporters.

“Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future? I foresee decent probability of many deleted Tweets, writings, photos in the future,” AOC says.

She didn’t say exactly what she meant, but the list sounds like a blueprint for some sort of future political or who knows, maybe even criminal reprisal against the right.  Her statements echo those of a Banana Republic communist who just seized power and wants to eradicate their opponents.

In just two years, Cortez has gone from mixing drinks to calling for a political hitlist that would make her idol, now dead Fidel Castro proud.  Now Cortez and her growing contingent of socialists are being hushed by the socialist adults in the room.

Followers on her Twitter page told the communist barista Comrade Joseph (Stalin) would be proud of her.

Former Barack Obama staffer Michael Simon shared a link on Cortez’ Twitter feed to the “Trump Accountability Project”.  That project is a witch hunt against journalists, editors and others the left is targeting for retribution as America is on the cusp of entering the early stages of a socialist regime.

“The Trump Accountability Project (TAP) is a resource for journalists, editors, and other news makers reporting on the Trump administration, which catalogues the anti-LGBTQ statements and actions of President-elect Donald Trump and those in his circle,” the project says on its website. “The Trump Accountability Project also includes other hateful rhetoric, discriminatory actions, and exclusionary worldviews of the incoming Trump administration.”

Republicans are not quiet shaking in their boots.

“You really think this is ok? A witch hunt for anyone that doesn’t agree with you? Rounding up people for disagreeing with the government is exactly what the Nazis did. Label them bad and wrong and then punish them. Shame on you for not learning from history,” one person responded.

“Try it, come on over. List me. This is what communist do. Your all fascist and this proves it. Good luck you will never win. I’ll be holding you accountable. That you can bet on,” another added.

“There is a witchhunt targeting all who voted & supported Trump & or his policies of governing our country. And the media & huge population are supporting this. The very same who have accused trump & supporters are now doing it right before the worlds eyes,” said Jack Brightning. “Sadly those of us trying to stand up against this are being drowned out suppressed. It doesnt matter to them that almost as many voted for trump as biden. Please do not hold onto false hope that this isnt happening that we have not democracy. We are under control of the dems there boots on our backs exactly like those ussr times. We are being controlled by the mob. Our opinions drowned out. We so many just dont know whats best we cant think for ourselves. Suppression to anyone who doesnt fall in line. Targeting anyone not caving in. Punished for our thoughts. Lists created of trump supporters so they are shunned & punished again we are back to ussr times very sad and scary times.”

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Live from Looneyland, Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi declared Tuesday night’s election results as a major victory for her party.

“This morning it is clear that the Biden/Harris ticket will win the White House,” she said.  “His election is historic, propelled by the biggest vote ever in the history of our country – 73.8 million, and counting, Americans. President-elect Biden has a strong mandate to lead and he’ll have a strong Democratic House with him and many Democrats in the Senate.”

SANTA CLARA, CA – A Santa Clara University security officer is at risk of losing his job for display a symbol of “Blue Lives Matter”.

Now, university officials are declaring an “incident of hatred” for the vile display supporting America’s law enforcement community.

“As members of the President’s Cabinet, we write to address an event that occurred at last night’s Diversity Forum. The assistant director of Campus Safety Services (CSS) participated in the event with a postcard on a bookshelf behind him that is widely considered to be an effort to undermine the Black Lives Matter movement and its universally important goals,” the University said in statement.  “We deeply apologize for this incident and the hurt it has caused. SCU is striving to create a campus community where everyone is valued and can feel safe and respected. As part of that effort, we are deeply committed to racial justice and to healing the suffering caused by racism, which is core to our mission and values as a Jesuit, Catholic university. We have not always lived up to these goals, but we are working hard to make real progress. ”

Now, a complete audit of campus security is in order after this officer violated the liberal sanctity of the institution, putting lives in jeopardy and scarring the emotional well being of the frail and fragile student body that was not prepared for the horrid sight.

“As we have communicated in the past, an audit of Campus Safety Services practices and procedures is underway and we are committed to ensuring the important role CSS plays in a way that is fair, safe and respectful to everyone in our campus community. Diversity Forums are organized by our Inclusive Excellence Student Advisory Council in collaboration with the SCU administration to provide an opportunity for students, faculty and staff to come together in a safe space to advance issues of racial justice and learn from student experiences,” the university said in a statement. “These are vital conversations that can and should build understanding and help us move forward in our goals. Last night’s incident has further damaged the trust and faith that we are working so hard to build. But we cannot let it derail the important work we have underway. We are steadfast in our commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our students and to building a Santa Clara community where all are welcome.”

The university staff completed the memo that instilled liberal order to the campus in the only way it knew how.

“Black Lives Matter,” the faculty said.

The ridiculous letter was signed by Renee Baumgartner Director of Athletics Bridget Colbert Interim General Counsel Michael Crowley Vice President,

Tampa, Florida – United States Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez announced the arrest and filing of a criminal complaint charging Douglas E. Bennett (76, Clearwater) with passport fraud and aggravated identity theft. Bennett was arrested on November 4, 2020. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 12 years in federal prison.

According to the complaint, in or around July 2016, Bennett submitted a passport application using the name, date of birth, and Social Security number of a dead child who had died in 1945. When applying for this passport, Bennett failed to disclose his true identity.    Bennett was a former instructor at Mount Holyoke College.  He had assumed the identity of a boy who died near the college in 1945.

In 1975, Bennett was convicted by a jury in Connecticut of robbery, kidnapping, sexual contact, rape, and deviate sexual intercourse. He was sentenced to 9 – 18 years in Connecticut State Prison. Bennett, however, never turned himself in to begin his sentence. Records show, in 1977, he assumed the identity of the individual who had died in 1945 and remained a fugitive for more than 40 years.

On November 4, 2020, Bennett was arrested pursuant to both the federal and State of Connecticut warrants. A fingerprint comparison confirmed that Bennett was the same person convicted in Connecticut in 1975. At the time of his arrest, he was in possession of a Florida driver license bearing the false identifying information, but containing Bennett’s photograph.

A complaint is merely a formal charge that a defendant has committed one or more violations of federal criminal law, and every defendant is presumed innocent unless, and until, proven guilty.

This case is being investigated by the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, the Social Security Administration Office of Inspector General, and with substantial support from the Department of State National Passport Center, the U.S. Marshals Service, and the Connecticut U.S. Marshals Task Force. It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Erin Favorit.
