BRONX, NY – Two masked robbers stormed a Tremont Avenue business Thursday night, flashing a gun and stealing hundreds in cash before disappearing into the streets.
The incident unfolded around 8:25 p.m. inside a commercial establishment at 1137 East Tremont Avenue.
Police said the pair approached a 65-year-old man inside the shop, with one suspect pulling a firearm as the other went behind the counter.

Roughly $400 was taken from the cash register before the two men ran from the store on foot.
No injuries were reported, and the suspects remain on the loose.
Police release descriptions of suspects
Investigators described the first suspect as a male last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, black pants, and multicolored sneakers.
The second suspect was described as a male wearing a light-colored sweatshirt, black pants, and black sneakers, and carrying a light-colored bookbag.
Detectives are reviewing surveillance footage from nearby businesses and asking anyone with information to contact NYPD Crime Stoppers.
