WILMINGTON, DE — The Delaware State Police are actively investigating an armed robbery at an AT&T store in Wilmington that took place on the evening of Saturday, June 22.

Responding to a distress call at around 8:10 PM, troopers arrived at the AT&T store located at 3601 Concord Pike. According to initial reports, two armed suspects, described as black males dressed in dark clothing and wearing masks, entered the store and forcibly demanded access to the safe from an employee.

The employee, complying under duress, allowed the suspects to access the safe, from which they extracted a large quantity of electronic merchandise. Following the theft, the suspects made their escape in a white sedan, fleeing in an as-yet unidentified direction.

Currently, there are no further details available about the suspects or the getaway vehicle. Authorities have not released surveillance footage or images of the incident. The investigation continues as state police seek more information to apprehend the individuals responsible for this crime.
