Traffic Stop Leads to Major Lululemon Theft Bust in D.C.

Washington, D.C. – A man has been arrested for possessing over $3,800 worth of stolen Lululemon merchandise.

On Saturday, members of the Robbery Suppression Unit were patrolling in the 3400 block of 12th Street, Northeast, when they observed a car commit a traffic violation. The officers conducted a traffic stop and discovered the driver, 30-year-old Charles Mitchell-Baynes of Northwest, in possession of stolen Lululemon merchandise and illegal substances.

Mitchell-Baynes was charged with Felony Receiving Stolen Property and Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.
