The estimated damage to the properties is valued at $20,000. The fires were discovered by the owner, Paula Fritz, and are currently under investigation. The involvement of K9 Blondie helped determine that the fires were deliberately set by an unknown person or persons who trespassed onto the property.

Local officials are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact the Northeast Regional Office at 410-386-3050. The investigation continues as the community seeks answers and justice for the deliberate act of arson.
