The Baltimore Police Department released a photo of the individual on social media, referring to him as a person of interest in the September 17 shooting. While the victim survived, detectives have not disclosed further details about the circumstances of the shooting or the individual’s involvement.

The incident occurred in a residential area of South Baltimore, but police have not said whether the person of interest is believed to be the shooter or a witness.
