Burlington police file charges against members of mob during ‘chaotic’ March gathering

BURLINGTON CITY, NJ – The Burlington Police Department has announced multiple charges have been filed in an incident that unfolded in the city last month.

On Friday, March 31, at approximately 4:50 pm, the City of Burlington Police Department was dispatched to the unit block of East Federal St. following reports of a disturbance involving 20-30 individuals.

The chaotic scene required additional officers to assist in de-escalating the situation and dispersing the crowd.

Following the incident, the department’s criminal investigation unit launched a thorough investigation, resulting in charges against nine people. The offenses included rioting, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, aggravated assault, and disorderly conduct. All the individuals charged are pending court appearances.

The following individuals have been charged:

– Terry Fisher, age 29 of Burlington City, NJ

Riot, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose,

unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Aggravated Assault with a Weapon, Certain Person Not to Possess a Weapon, Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct. Fisher was taken into custody and lodged in the Burlington County Detention Facility pending a Court appearance.

– Allen Tucker, age 51 of Burlington City, NJ

– Celena Tucker, age 50 of Burlington City, NJ

– Raeyoma Tucker, age 21 of Burlington City, NJ

Riot, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct.

– Raeshawn Greene, age 24 of Burlington City, NJ
