COLUMBIA, PA – On Saturday, around 2:50 pm, gunshots alarmed residents near Third and Cherry Streets in Columbia.
Responding officers from the Columbia Police found several spent shell casings on the scene.
Initial investigation indicates that two individuals fired multiple shots towards a third person walking in the vicinity.
The shots hit several residences and vehicles, though the intended target managed to escape unharmed on foot.
As part of the ongoing investigation, footage from area cameras is being reviewed. Columbia Police are seeking information from the public to aid their inquiry.
