Ephrata Man Charged After Police Find Lewd Images of Juveniles

EPHRATA, PA – Brandon S. Dasilva, a 29-year-old resident of Ephrata, has been charged by the Ephrata Police with possession of child [censored]ography, criminal use of a communication facility, and failure to comply with registration requirements.

These charges were issued on Tuesday.

The Ephrata Police and the Lancaster County Computer Crimes Task Force acted on a tip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children late last year.

The investigation, which led to Dasilva’s residence, revealed child [censored]ography on his phone, along with other violations related to communication facility use and registration requirements. Dasilva is currently being held at the Lancaster County Prison for a probation violation.
