Ronnie, who had napped, was jarred awake by his phone’s insistent ringing. “My lottery partner informed me that I had just made a big win,” he said, still in disbelief. The winning numbers for the draw were 2-9-9-7-9.
The prize money comes at a perfect time for Ronnie, who has plans to buy a house and now feels closer to achieving that goal. He also hopes to take a small vacation to celebrate.
After taxes, Ronnie will take home approximately $18,000. The winning ticket was sold at BP on 1201 Omniplex Drive in Cincinnati.
