ORANGE COUNTY, NY – On Tuesday, the Orange County Court arraigned four defendants following a year-long investigation into cocaine trafficking in Chester and Goshen.
Antonio Bucci, 28, from Chester, faces charges of Operating as a Major Trafficker, Conspiracy in the Second Degree, among others. He was remanded to Orange County Jail with bail set at $500,000 cash, or a bond ranging from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. His next court appearance is scheduled for February 14.
Lester Zaborski, 51, from the Bronx, and Tyler Zaborski, 26, also from the Bronx, face similar charges and bail conditions.
James Baltimore, 36, from Chester, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, Conspiracy in the Second Degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.
During the investigation, which involved court-ordered eavesdropping, search warrants led to the recovery of over one kilogram of cocaine, approximately $36,000 in currency, and four loaded handguns. The charging documents allege Bucci directed a cocaine sales operation exceeding $75,000, with the Zaborskis and Baltimore implicated in the distribution conspiracy.
