Baltimore, MD — The Baltimore Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in locating 53-year-old Tisha Carter.
Ms. Carter has not been seen by her family since May 16. She is described as 4’9″ tall and weighing approximately 240 pounds. Her last known residence was in the 700 block of Druid Hill Avenue.
Anyone with information about Tisha Carter’s whereabouts is urged to dial 911.
