Patrick Marinacco scored 21 points to lead the Toms River North High School boys basketball team to a 62-60 overtime win over visiting Southern Regional on Friday.

Hunter Patrick scored 13 points and Jaden Rhoden added 12 for the Mariners, who trailed by three points entering the fourth quarter.

Peyton Wejnert led the Rams with 30 points and 16 rebounds. Ethan Dubois scored 19 points and grabbed six rebounds for Southern Regional.
