HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — A third-prize-winning Powerball ticket, valued at $50,000, was purchased in Huntington Station, as reported by the New York Lottery.

The winning ticket for yesterday’s Powerball drawing was sold at a 7-Eleven store at 360 E Jericho Turnpike. Powerball players select numbers from one to 69, with an additional red Power Ball drawn from a separate pool of one to 26. The drawings for this famous lottery game are broadcast every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
