TOMS RIVER, NJ – An Ocean County man identified as Enmauel Marinescaray has been jailed without bail following his arrest earlier this week on multiple violent offenses, according to county inmate records.

Marinescaray, 33, was booked into the Ocean County Jail on October 7 and faces a series of felony and misdemeanor charges, including robbery, criminal restraint, threat to kill, and attempted assault.

According to court filings, Marinescaray is charged under New Jersey statutes with:

  • 2C:13-2A – Criminal restraint, second-degree
  • 2C:12-3B – Threat to kill, third-degree
