CHICAGO, IL – A Lucky Day Lotto ticket turned into a massive win for an Illinois Lottery player, who snagged a $1.25 million jackpot in the Wednesday, July 10 evening drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at the Jewel-Osco located at 45 South Plum Grove Road in Palatine.

Matching all five numbers—13, 14, 32, 40, and 41—the lucky winner secured the jackpot out of more than 39,000 winning tickets sold for that draw. The total prize money awarded to Illinois Lottery players from this drawing exceeded $1.34 million.

As a reward for selling the winning ticket, Jewel-Osco will receive a bonus of $12,500, equivalent to one percent of the jackpot prize. Winners have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prizes, with the Illinois Lottery advising them to sign their tickets and store them safely until they can finalize their claim.
