NO. 21-21 AND REINSTATING ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS OF
CHAPTER 298-6

ORDINANCE NO. 2025-49
ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON,
COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY,
AMENDING CHAPTER 244-12 ENTITLED “FEES” WITH
RESPECT TO LOT CONSOLIDATIONS AND MERGER
BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of
Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 244-12 entitled “fees” has been previously amended to establish
a “Tax Map Maintenance/GIS Database fees” in accordance with Ordinance 2025-36. This
Ordinance shall amend Ordinance 2025-36 to provide an additional fee to be charged to a
property owner for changes to the Townships Tax Map resulting from any lot consolidation
requests submitted to the Townships Zoning Officer.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 2025-36 shall be amended as follows:
§244-12 I. Tax Map Maintenance/GIS Database fees Subsection A shall be deleted
and replaced with the following:
A. Minor Subdivision up to five (5) lots – $750.00
(i) Tax Map change resulting from lot consolidation – $500
SECTION 3. All other parts of Ordinance 2025-26 shall remain unchanged.
SECTION 4. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this
ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent
jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision, and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby
repealed.

ORDINANCE NO. 50-2025
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF
NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER 103.279 ESTABLISHING
AN ADDITIONAL ONE-WAY STREET FOR SOUTH BOSTON
ROAD FROM BENNETTS MILLS ROAD TO TILFORD STREET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of
Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
SECTION 1. South Boston Road shall be deemed a one-way street, which travel shall be
in a westerly to easterly direction, and one-way from Bennetts Mills Road to Tilford Street.
SECTION 2. Each section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase of this Ordinance is
declared to be an independent section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase, and the finding or
holding of any such portion of this Ordinance to be unconstitutional, void, or ineffective for any
cause, or reason, shall not affect any other portion of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect after second reading and publication as
required by law.

ESTABLISHING SUMMER CAMP FEES AND AMENDING
CHAPTER 304-38
BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of
Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 304-38 entitled “Recreation Fees” shall be amended by deleting
all costs and expenses with respect to Summer Camp and replacing same with the following:
Registration for Camp Only – $675.00 per child
Camp with Morning Care – $775.00 per child
Summer Camp with After Care – $810.00 per child
Summer Camp Full Day, including morning and after care – $910.00 per
child
SECTION 2. Late Registration Fee after June 1st – $100.00
T-Shirts (2 included in above cost) – $5.00 for each additional
Trip Fees – $10-$60
Curb side/Vallet Drop Off and Pick Up – $150.00 per child
SECTION 3. Summer Camp Late Pick Up – First offense up to first half hour – $25.00
per child.
After half hour up to 1 hour – $35.00 per child
Second Offense – $40.00 per child
Third Offense – $50.00 per child
Fourth Offense – $60.00 per child
SECTION 4. All other portions of Chapter 304-38 shall remain unchanged.
