The winning ticket was sold at S&G #66, located at 54 S. Main Street in Minster. The Queen of Hearts game features a double-sided design and offers overall odds of 1 in 4.20. After required federal and state tax withholdings totaling 27.125%, the winner will take home $54,656.25.

According to Ohio Lottery officials, one top prize of $75,000 and two second-tier prizes of $10,000 remain unclaimed as of November 6.

The Queen of Hearts scratch-off has been one of the more popular games in the state, thanks to its unique play style and large top prizes.
