Man Arrested on Public Intoxication and Active Warrant in Wilkes-Barre

WILKES-BARRE, PA- A warrant arrest for public intoxication occurred at 0016 hours on Friday at East Market Street, Wilkes-Barre. The defendant involved was identified as Kyle Wilson, 39, from Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Police responded to a call about an unresponsive male at 77 East Market Street. Officers found Wilson lying on the ground under the influence of alcohol to a degree dangerous to himself.

Further investigation revealed an active arrest warrant for Wilson issued by the Luzerne County Sheriff’s Office. Wilson was subsequently taken into police custody and transported to City Headquarters.

Following his arrest, Wilson was taken to Luzerne County Correctional Facility (LCCF).
