VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – The Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) is investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred on Friday.
At approximately 2:40 PM, Emergency Communications and Citizen Services received a report of a two-vehicle collision in the 1800 block of Indian River Road.
Jacob Keene, 25, from Chesapeake, was pronounced dead at the scene, and his female passenger was critically injured.
The crash involved a westbound motorcycle and a vehicle exiting a driveway.
