WASHINGTON, D.C. — The search is underway for 12-year-old Zoey Palmer, who disappeared in Southeast D.C. at 4 a.m. this morning.
Zoey was last seen in the 2900 block of Knox Place in Southeast D.C. after being reported missing from the 4800 block of Connecticut Avenue in Northwest D.C. Police describe her as a Black female, 4’11” tall, 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, Zoey was wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray pants, and a blue backpack.
