NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department requests the public’s help to locate three individuals involved in a series of burglaries within the 70th Precinct.
The events took place on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, beginning at around 2:29 am.
Three unknown individuals targeted Cohen’s Fashion Optical at 1704 Church Avenue, forcing open a rear door. The alarm system was triggered, causing the individuals to flee without taking any property. The individuals then entered a residential building at 58 East 18 Street around 2:46 am, and accessed a Laundry Express through a side alley. An estimated $25,000 and a DVR system were removed from the store.
