Queens, NY – An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested Wednesday morning in the 114th Precinct.
Estarlin Rodriguez, a 31-year-old NYPD police officer, was arrested on September 18, 2024, at approximately 10:20 a.m. Rodriguez faces charges of petit larceny, two counts of criminal mischief, and harassment.
