Nypd seeks suspect in forcible touching incident aboard q77 bus in queens

Police are searching for a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman during a morning bus ride before fleeing on foot in eastern Queens.

Queens, NY – The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a forcible touching incident that occurred Friday morning on a Q77 MTA bus in the confines of the 105th Precinct.

According to police, the incident took place at approximately 7:50 a.m. near Hollis Avenue and Francis Lewis Boulevard. A 35-year-old woman was approached by an unidentified man while on the bus, who then pressed his body against her before fleeing on foot to an unknown location.

Authorities have released images of the individual and are urging anyone with information to come forward.

The NYPD’s Crime Stoppers unit is leading the effort to identify the individual involved. No arrests have been made as of Saturday, and the investigation remains ongoing.
