PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Jiarah Tillery, a 16-year-old girl who was last seen on Tuesday evening in the city’s 8th District.
According to authorities, Tillery was last spotted at approximately 7:45 p.m. on the 4500 block of Tolbut Street. She is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 100 pounds, with brown eyes and orange hair.
Police say she was wearing a black jacket, black pants, and a black-and-blue dashiki at the time of her disappearance.
