PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is not giving up their search for a missing elderly woman, who hasn’t been seen since November.
The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 74-year-old Missing Person Gloria Parker. She was last seen on November 2021, at 11:00 P.M., on the 22XX block of Oakford Street.
