U.S. President Joe Biden departs Delaware on travel to eastern Kentucky to visit families affected by devastation from recent flooding

US President Joe Biden once again sought the guidance of nearby aides as he attempted to get off the stage after a speech in Pennsylvania.

“Where am I going?” Biden asked after finishing the speech.
