Residents Advised to Shelter in Place After Neighbor Barricades Himself During Police Encounter

BALTIMORE, MD – A barricade situation on the Unit Block of Midway Ave., 21222, prompted Baltimore County Police Department to ask nearby residents to shelter in place while they work to peacefully resolve the situation Wednesday evening.

Police have yet to release information regarding the incident.
