Authorities began looking into Othello Larenzo Holmes, 27, after an investigation was initiated on April 4 following reports of food tampering at Kulture restaurant. Holmes confessed to inserting his genitals into jelly, explaining that he stopped himself before ejaculating due to a sexual inclination.
