Ocean, NJ – The Township of Ocean Police Department announced planned road construction activities for Thursday affecting Deal Road and Route 35. The construction will take place on Deal Road around Bowne and Carbury Roads.

Additionally, Route 35 near Logan Road will also experience construction activities. The work on Route 35 is scheduled to start at 8:00 a.m. and is expected to end by 6:00 p.m. It will involve multiple locations along Route 35 throughout the day.

Drivers should anticipate detours at both sites and are advised to exercise caution while traveling in the areas affected by construction. The local police department urges patience and awareness from motorists during this time.

Commuters and residents should plan their routes considering these detours to avoid delays. The police department appreciates the community’s cooperation as they manage the impact of these necessary infrastructure improvements.
