Robbery reported at Bronx grocery store, suspects flee on moped

THE BRONX, N.Y. — Two unidentified individuals robbed a man at a grocery store on Thursday evening, police said.

The incident occurred at approximately 8:19 p.m. at 98 East 167th Street. The suspects approached a 32-year-old male victim and snatched a bag from him. The victim later recovered his bag, and the individuals fled the scene on a moped, heading toward Walton Avenue.

No injuries were reported in connection with the incident.

Police are searching for the suspects, described as males with slim builds. The first individual has a dark complexion and was last seen wearing all black. The second individual has a medium complexion and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and black pants.

The investigation remains ongoing.
