TOMS RIVER, N.J. – An Ocean County man identified as Ronald Vincen Reagan has been booked into county custody following his arrest on several controlled substance and drug manufacturing charges, according to jail records.
Reagan was booked into the Ocean County Jail on December 22.
His charges include two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance in Schedules I through IV, unlawful possession of fewer than four units of a drug or stramonium preparation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and manufacturing methamphetamine in quantities under one-half ounce.
