**Chesapeake, VA** – On Tuesday, at approximately 2:46 p.m., Chesapeake Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Acorn St. following reports of gunshots in the vicinity. In response, Carver Intermediate School enacted a temporary lockdown as officers investigated the situation.
After a thorough search, no injured individuals were found at the scene. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident.
