TALBOT COUNTY, MARYLAND – One lucky Talbot County grandmother won $50,000 on the Power 5’s Scratch-Off. She was grocery shopping when she stopped at the Denton Shell and purchased the winning ticket.
The anonymous lucky winner plans to pay bills with her prize winnings.
Denton Shell, on Shore Highway in Denton will earn a $500 bonus from the Lottery.
According to Lottery officials, “The Power 5s game went on sale in November 2021 with eight top prizes of $50,000 and 15 second-tier prizes of $5,000. Each game offers 20 chances to win prizes ranging from $5 to $50,000.”
