Huntington, NY – A search warrant executed Wednesday at a Huntington smoke shop led to the arrests of the shop owner and an employee after investigators seized marijuana, THC products and flavored vape items.

The operation involved officers from the Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Investigative Unit along with town ordinance and fire officials.

Authorities said the shop had been selling prohibited products before the raid.

Officers executed the warrant at Huntington Village Vapes and Canna Culture as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal product sales.

During the search, investigators located boxed marijuana, THC products, flavored vape cartridges and additional contraband.

Officials said cash was also seized as part of the enforcement action.

Town violations accompany arrests

The Town of Huntington’s Ordinance Inspector and Fire Marshal participated in the operation and issued separate building and fire violations to the business.

Authorities said those violations were based on conditions identified during the inspection.

The two men taken into custody face charges related to the sale of marijuana, THC items and flavored vape products.

Investigation continues

Detectives are reviewing evidence seized at the scene and determining whether additional charges will be filed.

Police encouraged residents to report concerns about businesses selling restricted or illegal products as efforts to enforce local regulations continue.
