From vision to velocity

Co-founder and COO Andrew Farage helped bring RPM Raceway to life while still a student at the University of Southern California. Inspired by a 16-day cross-country trip with his father, the two envisioned a space where people could connect through thrilling real-world experiences.

After launching the first location in 2010, Andrew built a career that included time at United Talent Agency, where he helped develop venture-backed consumer brands. His business acumen and digital innovation later earned him a spot on Forbes 30 Under 30 in Venture Capital. He returned to RPM Raceway in 2019 to help expand operations, which have since generated over $100 million in revenue.

A foundation built on experience

Eyal Farage, RPM’s CEO and co-founder, began his career in construction after immigrating to the United States from Israel in 1985. A veteran of the Israeli Defense Forces’ parachute division, Eyal went on to establish Aviv Construction, a successful firm specializing in high-end residential and industrial projects across the New York metro area.

Drawing on his construction background and entrepreneurial drive, Eyal applied decades of hands-on experience to build RPM Raceway’s physical infrastructure and guest experience.
