BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD – A 19-year-old faces criminal charges after a stray bullet from his apartment struck a woman in the leg early Friday morning.

The shooting happened around 5:30 a.m. in the 6600 block of Wycombe Way, police said.

The woman, who was inside her own residence at the time, was taken to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury.

Detectives identify shooter and recover weapon
