Suspect charged after police find two bodies at Queens Apartment

QUEENS, NY – The New York City Police Department reports the arrest of 40-year-old Roscoe Danielson from Queens in connection to two bodies found within the same week. Danielson is currently facing several charges, including possession of a weapon, concealment of a human corpse, tampering with physical evidence, possession of stolen property, and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17.

On last Thursday, the police conducted a wellness check at an apartment within Queens and found a 58-year-old woman unconscious and unresponsive with trauma to the torso. She was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.

Earlier, on Wednesday, the police responded to a call at the same address and discovered an adult male, later identified as 31-year-old Kyle Danielson, dead inside a garbage bag with a puncture wound to his back. The cause of his death is also pending determination by the medical examiner.

The investigation is ongoing.
