WILMINGTON, DE – Delaware State Police are seeking assistance in locating Brian Adam, a 57-year-old man from Wilmington, who is suspected in a recent bank robbery incident. On Tuesday, around 12:50 pm, Troopers arrived at the M&T Bank at 5701 Concord Pike, responding to a robbery report.
The investigation revealed that Adam approached a bank teller, demanded money, and fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash in a blue bag. Despite immediate efforts, Troopers could not locate Adam in the surrounding area.
Adam, distinguishable by a deformed left hand, may be in the North Wilmington area. He is also a suspect in a separate bank robbery investigation from late June. His whereabouts remain unknown.
Detectives from the Troop 2 Robbery Unit are investigating the incident and asked anyone with information on this case to contact Detective J. Dempsey at 302-365-8472.
