Three Arrested in Boston Incident Following Report of Officer in Trouble
**Boston, MA** – On Friday at approximately 11:37 PM, police officers from District B-3 (Mattapan) and District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) arrested three individuals: Alan Ridenour, 19, of Marlboro, Mario Florian, 19, of Ashland, and Geraldo Colon, 21, of Framingham.
Officers responded to a distress call at 485 Canterbury Street where an officer was reportedly trapped in his vehicle with individuals jumping on it. Upon their arrival, over one hundred vehicles blocked Canterbury Street. Officers began searching for the officer and, once found, the crowd dispersed.
The officer, who declined medical attention, described being obstructed by several cars and having his vehicle swiped by another. A suspect was observed entering a car without a front license plate, and upon confrontation, tried to flee in the vehicle nearly hitting officers.
During a search, a firearm, three different license plates, and key fobs were discovered. Officers also encountered a different vehicle parked off-road. Further investigation revealed it was stolen, and a firearm and two stolen plates were found inside.
