Three men face attempted murder charges in baltimore shooting

BALTIMORE, MD — Three men have been charged with attempted first-degree murder after a November shooting in the Western District left a 20-year-old man injured.

The suspects, identified as 19-year-old Keon Brooks, 22-year-old Donte Mack, and 18-year-old Justin Griggs, were arrested on Wednesday following an investigation into the shooting, which occurred in the 2300 block of West North Avenue.

On November 25, at approximately 2:15 a.m., the victim arrived at an area hospital with gunshot wounds that were determined to be non-life-threatening. Investigators later identified the crime scene at the West North Avenue location and began working to identify those responsible.

Detectives linked Brooks, Mack, and Griggs to the shooting through the course of their investigation. All three suspects were arrested and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they were charged.

The arrests mark a significant step in the case as the investigation continues.
